Distribution Sales Manager – ABIRA

Channel Development & Distribution Sales

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard regional distributors, dealers, and stockists for ABIRA STEM and robotics products.

  • Drive monthly sales targets through distribution and channel partner networks.

  • Set up regional reseller partnerships with coaching centers, STEM labs, retail chains, and school vendors.

2. Territory Expansion

  • Strategically expand ABIRA’s footprint across tier 1, 2, and 3 cities.

  • Monitor regional demand, competitor activity, and pricing strategies.

3. Relationship Management

  • Build strong relationships with channel partners, ensuring consistent order flow and repeat business.

  • Address distributor concerns and provide training/support on product knowledge and sales pitches.

4. Sales Planning & Reporting

  • Create territory-wise sales plans, forecasts, and achieve KPIs.

  • Maintain CRM and share weekly/monthly sales reports with leadership.

5. Market Intelligence & Growth Initiatives

  • Stay updated with market trends in EdTech, STEM kits, and electronic learning tools.

  • Suggest new regions, product bundling strategies, and campaign ideas for driving distribution sales.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Electronics/Engineering-related field.

  • 3–7 years of experience in distribution/channel sales, preferably in education products, robotics kits, consumer electronics, or automation tools.

  • Strong network of resellers/distributors in the education or electronics domain.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.

  • Willingness to travel for distributor onboarding and market expansion.


Preferred:

  • Experience working with STEM/robotics product lines or K-12 education tools.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools, Excel reporting, and channel incentive structures.
