Remuneration Structure – 540,000 per annum
Sales & Business Development
Identify and target educational institutions, tech companies, startups, and professionals for AICRA membership.
Drive new membership acquisition and achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
Pitch AICRA’s membership benefits including certifications, event access, tech exposure, networking, and brand visibility.
2. Institutional & Corporate Engagement
Conduct meetings, presentations, and webinars for key decision-makers in schools, colleges, and companies.
Build long-term relationships with member institutions and ensure renewals and upgrades.
3. Strategic Outreach
Participate in industry events, expos, and roadshows to promote AICRA membership.
Collaborate with internal teams on marketing campaigns and lead generation initiatives.
4. CRM & Reporting
Maintain up-to-date records of leads, contacts, conversions, and pipeline in CRM.
Provide weekly/monthly sales reports and insights to leadership.
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
4–8 years of experience in sales, membership development, or institutional partnerships.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing client relationships.
Experience with CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) and digital outreach methods.
