Membership Business Sales Manager

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and target educational institutions, tech companies, startups, and professionals for AICRA membership.

  • Drive new membership acquisition and achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.

  • Pitch AICRA’s membership benefits including certifications, event access, tech exposure, networking, and brand visibility.

2. Institutional & Corporate Engagement

  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and webinars for key decision-makers in schools, colleges, and companies.

  • Build long-term relationships with member institutions and ensure renewals and upgrades.

3. Strategic Outreach

  • Participate in industry events, expos, and roadshows to promote AICRA membership.

  • Collaborate with internal teams on marketing campaigns and lead generation initiatives.

4. CRM & Reporting

  • Maintain up-to-date records of leads, contacts, conversions, and pipeline in CRM.

  • Provide weekly/monthly sales reports and insights to leadership.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

  • 4–8 years of experience in sales, membership development, or institutional partnerships.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing client relationships.

  • Experience with CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) and digital outreach methods.
