| We are looking for a dynamic and innovative Senior Manager – Robo Club to lead, develop, and manage the robotics club program across our school(s). This role requires a combination of technical expertise, leadership ability, and a passion for hands-on learning. The ideal candidate will mentor students, oversee club operations, and work with faculty to foster a culture of curiosity, creativity, and technical excellence. |
| Key Responsibilities: |
| Program Leadership: |
| Design and implement a comprehensive robo club curriculum aligned with educational standards and emerging technologies. |
| Student Engagement: |
| Mentor students in designing, building, and programming robots using diffrent platforms |
| Competitions & Showcases: |
| Prepare and guide student teams for local, national, and international robotics competitions and expos. |
| Innovation Culture: |
| Encourage innovation, problem-solving, and critical thinking through structured activities, workshops, and hackathons. |
| Resource Management: |
| Manage inventory of robotics kits, tools, and lab equipment. Coordinate purchases and maintenance. |
| Collaboration: |
| Work closely with school leadership, teachers, and parents to align club goals with academic objectives and student interests. |
| Reporting & Evaluation: |
| Track student progress, maintain documentation, and report on club activities, achievements, and areas for improvement. |
| Requirements: |
| 7-10 years of experience related field. |
| Hands-on experience with educational robotics platforms |
| Strong leadership, project management, and interpersonal skills. |
| Passion for education, innovation, and working with school-age children. |
