Head Sponsorship

We are looking for a results-driven and persuasive Sponsorship Sales Head to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for selling sponsorship packages for events, building strong partnerships with brands, and helping them connect meaningfully with our audience. You’ll be on the front lines of revenue generation, so confidence, creativity, and strong communication skills are key.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Research and identify potential sponsors aligned with the event’s audience and mission.
  • Negotiation & Contracts: Lead all negotiations, finalize agreements, and ensure clear deliverables and expectations.
  • Outreach & Pitching: Initiate contact, deliver tailored sales pitches, and build relationships with brand decision-makers.
  • Proposal Development: Create compelling, customized sponsorship proposals that highlight ROI and brand exposure opportunities.
  • Partnership Development: Create compelling sponsorship packages and customized proposals that showcase value and engagement opportunities.
  • Sales Execution: Close sponsorship deals, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely collection of payments.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, programming, and operations teams to ensure sponsor activations are flawlessly executed.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain regular communication with sponsors, providing updates and post-event reporting.
  • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Performance Tracking: Measure and report sponsorship success metrics and ensure all sponsorship commitments are fulfilled.

Requirements:

  • 7-10 years experience in sponsorship sales, exhibition sales, business development, or related fields.
  • Proven ability to close deals and achieve revenue goals.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly motivated, organized, and proactive.
  • Comfortable working independently and in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Nice to Have:

  • Existing contacts in relevant industries or with brand managers.
  • Experience with CRM tools.
  • Background in events, conferences, or experiential marketing.
