Digital Marketing Expert

We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and hands-on Digital Marketing Expert with a deep understanding of social media platforms like Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter/X. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing content strategies, running ad campaigns, and boosting brand engagement across digital channels.


Key Responsibilities:

Content Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and manage engaging content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms aligned with brand objectives.

Campaign Management:

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, and YouTube Ads (Google Ads).

Audience Growth:

  • Implement organic and paid strategies to grow followers/subscribers and boost engagement across platforms.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Monitor performance metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, conversions) and prepare weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights.

SEO & Video Optimization:

  • Optimize YouTube content for search and visibility, including thumbnails, tags, titles, and descriptions.

Brand Voice & Messaging:

  • Ensure consistency in tone, aesthetics, and brand messaging across all platforms.

Trend Monitoring:

  • Stay updated on platform algorithm changes, content trends, and best practices to adapt strategies accordingly.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with graphic designers, video editors, and content writers to bring campaigns to life.


Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management.

  • Proven track record of growing and managing successful brand accounts on Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.

  • Hands-on experience with tools like Facebook Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, and Google Ads.

  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms, video marketing, and performance analytics.

  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, or Later.

  • Basic video editing knowledge (Reels/Shorts).

  • Knowledge of influencer marketing and community management.

  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, Instagram, and emerging platforms.
