We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and hands-on Digital Marketing Expert with a deep understanding of social media platforms like Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter/X. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing content strategies, running ad campaigns, and boosting brand engagement across digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Strategy & Execution:
Develop and manage engaging content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms aligned with brand objectives.
Campaign Management:
Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, and YouTube Ads (Google Ads).
Audience Growth:
Implement organic and paid strategies to grow followers/subscribers and boost engagement across platforms.
Analytics & Reporting:
Monitor performance metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, conversions) and prepare weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights.
SEO & Video Optimization:
Optimize YouTube content for search and visibility, including thumbnails, tags, titles, and descriptions.
Brand Voice & Messaging:
Ensure consistency in tone, aesthetics, and brand messaging across all platforms.
Trend Monitoring:
Stay updated on platform algorithm changes, content trends, and best practices to adapt strategies accordingly.
Collaboration:
Work closely with graphic designers, video editors, and content writers to bring campaigns to life.
Requirements:
3–5 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management.
Proven track record of growing and managing successful brand accounts on Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
Hands-on experience with tools like Facebook Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, and Google Ads.
Strong understanding of social media algorithms, video marketing, and performance analytics.
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, or Later.
Basic video editing knowledge (Reels/Shorts).
Knowledge of influencer marketing and community management.
Familiarity with LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, Instagram, and emerging platforms.
