Asst. Director - Channel Sales (Domestic)

Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Director - Channel Sales to lead and drive our domestic sales operations. The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of proven experience in sales, specifically in channel management, with a strong understanding of the domestic market landscape. This role demands strategic planning, relationship management, and the ability to deliver exceptional business results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute channel sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Identify and onboard new channel partners to enhance market reach.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing actionable insights for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product management, to drive channel success.
  • Lead negotiations and manage contracts with channel partners.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs to refine sales approaches.
  • Provide leadership and training to the channel sales team, fostering a high-performance culture.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in sales, with a focus on channel or domestic sales.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
