Job Summary: As the Project Lead– International Innovative Science & Education Foundation/Technoxian, you will spearhead the planning, execution, and strategic growth of our initiatives. With a strong foundation in sales and over 6+ years of experience, you'll be tasked with driving revenue, fostering partnerships, and ensuring the seamless execution of world-class events and projects that define Technoxian's legacy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership: Lead sales to drive sponsorships, partnerships, and event participation revenue.
- Project Management: Oversee end-to-end planning and execution of Technoxian events, ensuring quality and timeliness.
- Business Development: Identify and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including corporates, educational institutions, and government bodies.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
- Marketing Strategy: Contribute to promotional campaigns to maximize outreach and brand recognition globally.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor key metrics and generate detailed reports to assess the success of initiatives.
