Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research and development for innovative products in robotics, automation, AI, and IoT.
• Design, prototype, and test new technologies and solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new products into existing systems.
• Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues related to product development.
• Create comprehensive documentation, including research reports and product specifications.
• Develop and deliver virtual training sessions for students, focusing on practical applications and theoretical knowledge in robotics and automation.
• Mentor students and provide guidance on projects, fostering a collaborative learning environment.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to inform research and development efforts.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• B.Tech or higher in Electronics & Communication/ MCA/ Mechatronics and specilization in Robotics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3yrs experience in product development/ DIY educational kits related to robotics, automation, AI, and IoT.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
