Position Summary:
As a Section Officer - Business Development at AICRA, you will be promoting and selling our diverse range of projects and services. Your role will be crucial in driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and executing effective sales strategies. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure alignment and maximize outreach efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development: Achieving business plan of various services of AICRA. Create and implement tele sales strategies tailored to AICRA’s projects and services. Identify potential markets and segments for effective outreach and sales initiatives.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. Conduct outreach calls to understand client needs, providing tailored solutions for AICRA’s offerings. Follow up on leads and inquiries to nurture relationships and drive sales conversions.
Sales Operations: Oversee daily sales activities, ensuring adherence to processes and best practices.Manage the lead generation process, including qualification and conversion strategies.
Reporting and Performance Analysis: Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management. Analyze sales data to identify trends, successes, and areas for improvement.
