Job description
The Assistant Human Resources Manager at AICRA will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department's efforts to foster a positive organizational culture, enhance employee engagement, and ensure compliance with HR policies. This position requires a proactive approach to HR functions, including recruitment, training, and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate recruitment activities, including resume screening and interview scheduling.
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns. Assist in addressing employee grievances and facilitating conflict resolution.
- Support the performance appraisal process by tracking evaluations and feedback.
- Organize and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and employee development programs.
- Maintain training records and assess the effectiveness of training initiatives.
- Assist in developing, updating, and implementing HR policies.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports, metrics, and dashboards to support strategic initiatives.
- Contribute to building a positive workplace culture aligned with AICRA's mission and values.
Qualifications:
- MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 to 6 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a support position.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Office environment with standard working hours. Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
