Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Business Development to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales, handling customer inquiries, and driving revenue growth for international clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, persuasive selling abilities, and a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound/inbound sales calls to international /National customers.
- Identify potential leads and convert them into sales.
- Maintain a deep understanding of company products/services and communicate their value effectively.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through follow-ups and exceptional service.
- Handle objections and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
- Work collaboratively with the team to optimize sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor analysis.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Sales or a similar role preferred.
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales processes is a plus.
